This anthology of never before released stories about bikers, gangsters, and vigilantes features 20 of your favorite bestselling authors!

Included in the anthology:

Lane Hart, NYT bestselling author - Dalton: ATF Agent Bradley never suspected that the pretty, charismatic bastard was actually an unrepentant thief, born to be an outlaw.

Angela Snyder, NYT bestselling author - Devious: When the moment comes to take my revenge on Victoria's father, will I be able to pull the trigger if it means losing her forever?

Sybil Bartel, USAT bestselling author - Hard Limit: I didn't survive growing up in the nation's most violent cult only to be taken out by an innocent blonde.

Rachel Lyn Adams - Mac (Desert Sinners MC #1): The moment she walked into the clubhouse I knew she was off-limits. That wasn't going to stop me from making her mine.

Kim Bailey - Claiming Chaos: Kira was a voice in the dark and a threat to his control. A chaotic beauty who Bodhi must fight, kill for or claim as his own.

Laramie Briscoe - Creeker (Red Creek Renegades #1): As a Creeker, I live by two rules. Don't f**k Banner Clark and don't get caught doing illegal shit, but then again I've never been a fan of rules.

Marissa Dobson - Road to Kaytlyn: It takes kidnapping to bring two separated lovers together, but can they survive the walk through Hell?

Geri Glenn - Hood Rat: Georgia knew the south side was going to be rough, but she never dreamed she'd come up against anyone quite like Tripp.

Amanda Heartley - Flynn: Bad Breed MC: Violence has followed me all my life, and it got worse the day I joined the Bad Breed MC.

Marie James - Desperate Beginnings: A Ravens Ruin Prequel: My dreams never contained hope. My nightmares always included brutality. For me, it was always a desperate beginning.

Keri Lake - Absolution: After one of his penitents confesses a brutal murder, Father Damon breaks canon law to mete out justice and ends up an unlikely pawn to the woman who witnesses his crime.

Daphne Loveling - Rebel Ink: A Lords of Carnage MC Novella: Six is on the run, and she collides with Bullet. He protects what's his, and she's been his from the moment they met.

Liberty Parker - Walking the Crossroad: When Jasper and Knuckles started their MC, it was due to the Crossroads they found themselves crossing in life.

S.H. Richardson - Dread Masonry Ink: One hardened man looking for redemption. A broken girl looking for safety. An unlikely alliance forged in stone.

Roxy Sinclaire - SEALed to Protect: Could she believe that he was her protector? Or just her family's traitor?

Winter Travers - Drop a Gear and Disappear: Kings of Vengeance MC: The only person I ever loved, taken by the men who wanted me dead. They may have her now, but vengeance will be mine.

Erin Trejo - Dark Savage: I've lowered myself to their standards to keep my club safe.
Most of these authors are new to me and I loved getting the chance to discover what they're about.

Dalton by Lane Hart -- 3 stars
MC Romance
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level 4

This story had a forbidden element to it. Dalton was the treasurer for the Savage Kings MC and they had just discovered that they were being investigated by the ATF. When they find out that they can get access to what kind of evidence they have through a laptop of an agent, Dalton volunteers to get it from Peyton. He seduces her and gets the computer and for the first time, he feels bad about an encounter with a woman. He wants her. Badly. And she can't get him off her mind. Nothing about them should work and yet, they do. This story was sweet and sexy. I wanted to see more about the MC and I felt that Dalton had more depth than Peyton, but I still enjoyed this read. It was definitely a great introduction to this author's writing.

Devious by Angela Snyder - 3.5 stars
Romantic Suspense
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level 4

A new-to-me author just gave me a story to sink my teeth into. It's a story of vengeance and it wasn't sugar-coated, which made me love it. Over 10 years ago, Victoria's father took away Arlo's entire family. His father was left to burn in their home while his mother and sister were sold into the sex trade. One happy family obliterated in one night. After surviving and thriving on the streets, Arlo became Damon and the thought of getting his revenge is the only thing that kept him going. And Victoria was his way in. Falling for her again wasn't part of his plan, but not even his feelings for her seemed to get in his way. I'm definitely going to read the next book after this one ended in such a crazy cliffhanger!

Hard Limit by Sybil Bartel - DNF
Dark Romance
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level 3

Tarquin had been beaten out of his cult, vowing revenge and Shaila was the daughter of the MC's prez who was intent on selling her virginity to the highest bidder in his club. This was a new-to-me author and I'm still trying to figure out if I'm going to continue this series after the huge cliffhanger I got. I didn't really like the story and didn't care about the characters, so it's probably a no. While Tarquin was supposed to be this brooding, alpha male, Shaila was the stereotypical ignorant southern trash who wanted more from life and I didn't care. Gun fights and revenge usually grab my attention, but I need to be invested. I wasn't. Great cover though :)

Mac (Desert Sinners MC #1) by Rachel Lyn Adams - 3 stars
MC Romance
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level 3.5

Another new-to-me author! Kate had lost everyone who ever cared about her, except for maybe her best friend and his mother. Her mom died when she was six and her grandmother had just passed away. The uncle who always hated her put her out and she was forced to stay with her bestie. Then she finds a letter from her mother telling her who her father is. Longing for a home, for somewhere to belong, she goes in search of him. She found a dad who wanted her and a love of a lifetime. And she was just who Mac didn't know he was looking for. This story was really sweet and simple with a bit of suspense towards the end and I enjoyed it.

Claiming Chaos by Kim Bailey - 3.5 stars
Romantic Suspense
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level 3

Bodhi was a war veteran turned contract killer. Kira was just a woman trying to find her sister. When he's contracted to kill a scientist, he finds the man strapped to a chair and a woman in a catsuit trying to get information out of him. Then the Russians show up with guns blazing and Bodhi is once again playing hero. Their story was full of action and chaos (hence the title, I guess) and it was hot. Another new-to-me author gave me a winning story. This one ends on a bit of a cliffy and I'll be looking to continue it. Will Kira be able to save her sister? Will Bodhi be able to help his twin brother? And will these two get a real happy ending? Yeah, I need to know it all!

Creeker (Red Creek Renegades #1) by Laramie Briscoe - 3 stars
MC Romance
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level 3

Hawk wants Banner and Banner wants Hawk. But she's the club's princess and he's the man who doesn't ever feel worthy. She's untouchable and yet irresistible. He knows he's all wrong for her and she thinks she's the best thing for him. When tragedy strikes too close to home, their choices are taken away from them. This was an interesting prequel and I wonder how these two navigate a 'relationship' in the following book. I'm still shook on how this novella tried to break my heart.

Road to Kaytlyn by Marissa Dobson - 3 stars
Mafia Romance
Dual POV 3rd person
Heat level 3

After spending 3 years in prison for a murder he didn't commit, Jax gets out with revenge on his mind. Ale Esposito had to die. The man cared about no one and saw everyone as a pawn. Not even his daughter, Kaytlyn, was safe from his manipulation. When she is traded by her father to a human trafficker, it's Jax who comes to her rescue. She loves him but will she forgive him when he puts a bullet in her father's head? This story had a ton of potential, but Kaytlyn was annoying. She grew up in the life and had the rosy outlook of someone who knew nothing about the life. There were some discrepancies and some editing errors, but overall, this was an entertaining read from a new-to-me author.

Hood Rat by Geri Glenn - 3 stars
Contemporary Romance
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level 2.5

Tripp is a guy from the 'wrong side of the tracks' and Georgia was a poor little rich girl. They couldn't be more unsuited if they tried. When she takes a job as a social worker on the South side, the bad side of town, it couldn't be more obvious that she doesn't belong. She gets off on the wrong foot with Tripp and his family but it doesn't take either of them long to give the other another chance. This story was super quick to read and I think if it were fleshed out more, it would be a great read. Lucky for most, it's set to be extended and released as a full novel. With the way this author writes, I can see myself reading it.

═ ═ ═ ╰☆╮ ═ ═ ═

Flynn: Bad Breed MC by Amanda Heartley - DNF
MC Romance
Dual POV 1st person
No idea about the heat level because I stopped reading before I could get there

Everything was going well with this story. Flynn and his MC had to leave town after a battle that cost them some lives. They were recouping in L.A., a town it was obvious Flynn didn't want to be in. The heroine of the story, Jo, worked in the nearby diner, rode a motorcycle, and came from a similar background to Flynn. There was even a spark of attraction. She knew he was in an MC, that much was obvious. Then I had to stop reading because when Flynn stepped in to defend Jo's boss from being raped and ended up killing the perpetrator who was holding a gun on the two women, she treated him with disdain and cruel judgment. She's not worth the effort of finishing this read.

Desperate Beginnings: a Ravens Ruin prequel by Marie James - 3.5 stars
MC non-Romance
Anti-hero POV 1st person
Profanity and gratuitous sex

Marie James showed the bad and the ugly of the Ravens Ruin MC. There was no good. As the prez, Cowboy ran the club with an iron fist. He was a true outlaw and lacked honor. Yet, he demanded it from those around him. In a cocaine-fueled haze, the years pass him by. The love of his life is murdered, his kids grow up in the life, and chaos was the new world order. It was messed up and the author didn't pull any punches. She didn't make him into a hero. She didn't glorify the horrifying and terrible things he thought and did. She showed his truth and you can't ask for better than that. In the end, it becomes all about his son, Eric/Lynch, and the unforgiving nature of the life that Cowboy chose for them.

Absolution by Keri Lake - 4 stars
Dark Romance
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level 5

Father Damon was a haunted man. Born the son of a criminal, he wanted to protect his family from that life and moved with his wife and daughter far away. But the danger followed them. Distraught and broken when he lost them, Damon found his way to a church and started a new life as a priest. For years he has lived for the church and his congregation, as penitent and as leader. He has preached about forgiveness and absolution. Unfortunately, he found it easier said than done for himself. And then one day, he met his greatest temptation. Ivy had him questioning everything, from his life to his vows. He became the ultimate sinner in the name of justice and had to figure out just how much farther he was willing to fall.

I loved this story. It obviously had the forbidden element to it, but it was more about the conflict that was growing within Damon. Here was a man ravaged by pain and he had finally found a modicum of peace until it all went wrong. The author did such a terrific job of developing this man and his trials. My heart ached for him and I'm definitely looking for more of him. I need to know how he brings his wrath to his father!

Rebel Ink a Lords of Carnage MC novella by Daphne Loveling - 2 stars
MC Romance
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level 3

Six is on the run from something (or someone) and has currently settled into the small town of Tanner Springs. She's made friends, found a calling as a tattoo artist, and even formed an attraction to a member of the Lords of Carnage MC. Bullet wants Six, but he knows if he pushes too hard, he'll lose her. She constantly looks ready to bolt, but he puts in the effort to try to hold onto her. When what she's running from comes calling, Bullet and his brothers show Six that she's finally home, that she's safe, and that they've got her back. It was a bit boring, to be honest. The drama was played down, the characters came off flat, and the story was very blah. However, I did enjoy the author's writing so I think it would be worthwhile to give her another try.

═ ═ ═ ╰☆╮ ═ ═ ═

Walking the Crossroad by Liberty Parker - 3.5 stars
MC Romance
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level 4

As a new-to-me author, Liberty Parker gave me a winner! This story had its highs and lows, trials and triumphs, loves and losses. The club and its members were honorable and when they're approached to help human traffickers move their 'product', they refuse. That refusal puts them all in jeopardy and its a fight to rescue their nearest and dearest. While it didn't wow me with action, there was just enough drama and mischief to keep me engaged. In the end, this was about what one generation was willing to do to protect the next and introduces that new generation for books to come. After reading this, I have no problem grabbing other books from this author.

═ ═ ═ ╰☆╮ ═ ═ ═

Dread Masonry Ink by S.H. Richardson - DNF
Contemporary Romance
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level 4

This story was a hot mess of... I don't even know how to categorize it. I didn't hate it, but it was so messy that I couldn't like it. I'm usually a fan of the whole 'ex-con bad boy' routine. But Jerome Red was not my cup of tea. Then there's Michelle, the broken girl who is supposed to touch some hidden part of him. I still can't see it. All of Dread's escapades with other women and his endless drama completely overshadowed anything else that could have been happening with this story. Ah well, the writing was pretty decent so I might try the author again.

SEALed to Protect by Roxy Sinclair - DNF
Dark Romance
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level - don't know. I didn't get that far.

It started out from Maddie's POV and devolved from there. She was a hysterical female, who had a right to be hysterical, but it was illustrated so ridiculously that I couldn't continue. If that was a glimpse of the story to come, I'll pass.

Drop a Gear and Disappear: Kings of Vengeance MC by Winter Travers - 3.5 stars
MC Romance
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level 3

This was an entertaining read. It started off real hot with Quinn and Kimber being intimate. Quinn had just started prospecting for the Rolling Devils and they were making his life hell. The only good thing in his life was Kimber, but he wanted the feeling of camaraderie, of brotherhood, and he thought he could find it with the MC. One night, when he invites Kimber to a party at the club, the MC shows him just how wrong he was. Beaten and left for dead in a ditch, Quinn not only has to figure out where to go from there, he has to rescue Kimber who has become a pawn in the MC's game. In trying to find a way to get her out, Quinn discovers what true brotherhood and loyalty are all about.

Dark Savage (Dark Duet #1) by Erin Trejo - 4 stars
MC Romance
Hero POV (mainly) 1st person
Heat level 3

I swear, there was no way I could have expected this story to break my heart. But it did. Savage was what you can expect from any well-respected president of an MC. He was loyal and when he was tested, he didn't hesitate to shoulder all of the burdens to protect his brothers. In the end, he was willing to give up his life to honor his club. It tore me up inside, which is something this author has done to me before. Why does she have no problem killing off her heroes???

Before Us (Next Generation #3) by J.M. Walker - 3 stars
MC Romance
Heat level 4

While I found Piper to be a toxic, dramatic, waste of time, I couldn't get enough of Jaron. This gorgeous, dirty talking bad boy was definitely the star of this novella. They grew up together, crushed on each other, and now that they're adults, they finally have the chance to be together. Too bad Piper doesn't know her ass from her elbow. Chick was utterly ridiculous! Be warned... this ends on a cliffy, but it seems that their story continues and I'll be reading it.

King's Road: a prequel to Chase (Savage Kings MC #0) by Lane Hart & D.B. West
MC Romance
Hero POV 1st person
Heat level 4

This was one of the rare times that I can call an MC Romance story sweet. It was hot and sweet. From the friendship that sprung up between Chase and Abe, to the camaraderie that existed between the club's members and how they treated their newest prospect, to the blossoming love between Chase and Sasha, everything was just so sweet. I enjoyed the writing, the pace, and the characters and can easily see myself continuing this series based on what I found here. I'm thinking Chase's book will be a second chance romance based on what happened to these two lovebirds when they were 18 and it's sure to be more of what I like... hot and sweet!

Cellar Door by Trisha Wolfe - 4 stars
Dark Romance
Dual POV 1st person
Heat level 3

Aside from a ton of superfluous information, this story was such a great read! After brutally losing his sister to human traffickers, Luke Easton abandoned the only life he knew to seek revenge. He was determined to take out all of the men who had a hand in her death. And yet, when he got to the end of his list, the need to rid the world of its scum burned brighter. He wasn't going to stop until he was stopped. And then ex-detective Makenna Davies gets in his way. He has no idea what to do with her. She's living in denial and he's just the man to open her eyes. The truth lies behind the cellar door. I love tales about vengeance and this one was definitely a winner for me.
