My new neighbor is an online sex advice vlogger — but she doesn’t know that I know

Out of curiosity, I checked out her videos. Who wouldn’t?
I didn’t count on being tempted by her sexy voice or her full lips.
Too bad she’s off limits.
Being a single dad isn’t easy, and I have rules — no relationships and no f*cking anyone my daughter knows.
But when I become the subject of her posts, I can’t keep my hands off her any longer.
I have to teach her everything she got wrong in her videos.

MY REVIEW

I haven't read anything from this author since her debut duet, Loving Jay. I didn't really know what to expect. Had she gone in a new direction? Had her writing changed or further developed? Would I connect with the story? I was praying that the amazing potential I had found in this author would shine through. And did it ever! My worries and questions were for nothing. Simone Sowood... sister... girlfriend... you slayed milady!!

I loved this book! I enjoyed so many points of this story. The plot was written in a way that made it refreshing. It certainly grabbed and held my attention and there were many instances to which I could relate.

Avery was a likable heroine. A YouTube sex advice sensation, she really just wanted to be happy, to love and to be loved in return. Great sex wouldn't hurt either. She got all that she wished for and more with Knox. I especially enjoyed her interactions with his daughter, Piper.

I felt a stronger connection with Knox. It mostly had to do with him being a single father. As a single parent myself, I find it difficult to be both a mother and a single woman. Being a mother ALWAYS takes priority and I find that my social life is a mere afterthought. It's really mostly a memory. So I got where he was coming from by putting Piper first and not wanting to bring women around her. It would get confusing for the child if there was a revolving door because he was dating. However, I do agree that he was a bit too hard on himself. He could have dated and once the relationship reached a certain point, THEN bring the lucky woman to meet his daughter. I respected how he handled his responsibilities (when a lot of men don't) and the lengths he was willing to go to in order to ensure Piper's happiness and well-being. Don't get ish twisted. I definitely noticed how incredibly sexy his character was and couldn't get enough of Knox, the man.

This story was fun, sexy and thoroughly entertaining and I would recommend it to anyone looking for plenty of steam with their romance!
