WWW Wednesday - November 4

November 04, 2020

WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words.

The three W’s stand for:

What did you recently finish reading?
What are you currently reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

I'm a bit late with this post. It was my daughter's 18th birthday yesterday and I tried to make it as special as I could despite this isolation. I think I did a pretty good job because she was happy when she finally went to sleep!

What I've Read

Calico Descending by Keri Lake - same zombie apocalypse world, but we're introduced to four new characters: Calithea, Valdys, Cadmus and Titus. Their journey was no easier than those in the first book.
Kings of Carrion by Keri Lake - a continuation of the new four characters with the addition of the first two characters. It was so freaking creepy!
God of Monsters by Keri Lake - the most gruesome story of the series by far. Titus gets his happy ending with Thalia and to get there, they had to live through horrors best left untold.

What I'm Reading

Nobody Knows by Lani Lynn Vale King of the Causeway by TM Frazier

Nobody Knows by Lani Lynn Vale - I actually finished this last night. I'm still trying to figure out what to say about it and put it down into a review. It was good though!
King of the Causeway by T.M. Frazier - if you're a big fan of the King series like I am, you'll want to read this too. All of our favorite people in one place again? I can't get enough of these characters! BOWTIE TIL I DIE!!

What I'll Read Next

I'm once again at a loss. I'm learning to appreciate the fact that I have so many options. I'm hoping to surprise myself!

    1. Thank you for the birthday wishes! I try to get her to sneak a read in between her studies for University. It's a great way to de-stress. If only I could convince her more often ;)
