Ten Books From My Bookshelves I've Yet To Read

November 24, 2020

Happy Tuesday and welcome to another TTT! This meme is hosted by Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl. This week's theme is a Thanksgiving/I’m Thankful for… Freebie. In Canada, we celebrate Thanksgiving in October, so while my American counterparts will be gifting us with their 'thankful lists', I'm going to concentrate on the books that stare me in the face, day after day, and I still haven't picked them up.
some books on my bookshelves
Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi - there are a ton of mixed reviews for this book, but I was gifted a copy and I promised myself that despite the hype (positive or negative), I would try to approach it with an open mind.

Fury by Laurann Dohner - I can't believe I still haven't read this author. This is the first book in her New Species series and I can't wait to crack it open.

The Fall by Kate Stewart - I haven't read this author before, but I've heard amazing things and I'm hoping to become a huge fan.

Rebel by Callie Hart - this is one of my favorite authors and I've made it my mission to have everything she's written. I don't know why I still haven't read her Dead Man's Ink series.

Attachments by Rainbow Rowell - I already know... I'm probably one of the last people to not read this author. I've had this book waiting for me for quite some time and I'm hoping to get to it soon.

Sugar Daddy by Sawyer Bennett - when I heard that this author's Sugar Bowl series was a 'must-read' series, I knew I had to get it.

Feral Sins by Suzanne Wright - when I became a fan of paranormal romance, this was one of the author's recommended to me most. I'm hoping I love her work just as much as expected.

Fatal Affair by Marie Force - I freaking love this author's writing and everything I've read from her Fatal series has been fantastic. But I'm one of those people who reads series all out of order. Not always, but in this case, most definitely. So I have the first book so I can get to know the characters from the start.

Midnight Lily by Mia Sheridan - it's been awhile since I've read this author, but I've got quite a few of her books on my shelves. From what I've read from her, her books are emotional, evocative stories and I'm hoping this one is no different.

The Beast by J.R. Ward - I read all of the books up until this one. And it's funny, because I have this and the following books and even some of the legacy ones and still haven't read them. I might have to do a re-read of the series before I pick this one up. I loved this series!!

The year is almost done and my reading wasn't up to my usual standards. It kinda sucks. I'm crossing my fingers that I get to at least one of these books before the end of December and that 2021 is a better reading year for me (and for those of you in the same boat).

If you've got a TTT, leave a link to it below so I can check out your post too. Happy reading!

xo, Natalie
