WWW Wednesday - September 2

September 02, 2020

WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words.

The three W’s stand for:

What did you recently finish reading?
What are you currently reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

I've barely read this week. I was busy getting my kids ready for 'virtual' school. One of my daughters is just starting university, so it's been fun times in my household. Being a single mom has its rewards and its challenges and this week sure did highlight some of them. So yeah, reading wasn't a huge priority but I did fit some in. I recently finished:

Heartache and Hope by Jay McLean
Say It Ain't So by Lani Lynn Vale
Burning Ash by N.J. Walters
Hearts in Darkness by Laura Kaye - I'm super happy that I read this one because it's been sitting on my TBR forever and I finally took the plunge.

What I'm reading right now (which are none of the books I said I would last week):

Making Christmas Magic by Rachel Carrington
First and Forever by Jay McLean
Truth, Lies and Second Dates by MaryJanice Davidson

What am I gonna read next? I have no clue right now. Maybe the books I had listed last week. Maybe something off of one my TBR lists. It's always fun not to know, not to plan.

What are you reading right now? Tell me below or leave me a link so I can check out your post.

Happy Reading! xo

    1. Any time!
Truth, Lies & Second Dates is hilarious. It's not a romance, but it does have a hint of one. It's primarily a murder mystery with tons of humor.

    1. My heart hurts so bad for both Ava and Connor. I'm enjoying the journey though.

  7. Good luck and well done with getting your children ready for 'virtual' school and university by yourself. No one wonder your reading has fallen off. I hope that you'll have more time for reading in the coming week, once things have settled back down. 🙂 Here's my WWW post for this week: https://thebookwormchronicles.wordpress.com/2020/09/02/www-wednesday-2nd-september-2020/

  8. I'm definitely in the mood for a romance but hardly pick them up. I might have to check out some of these!
