Down the TBR Hole was originally created by Lost in a Story! The point of it is to help cull your reading lists down, or maybe push higher anticipated releases up on your TBR! And maybe you all can help me along the way, and tell me if you’ve loved or hated any of these!

How it works:
➽ Go to your Goodreads to-read shelf.
➽ Order on ascending date added.
➽ Take the first 5 (or 10 if you’re feeling adventurous) books
➽ Read the synopses of the books
➽ Decide: keep it or should it go?

Gentleman Nine by Penelope Ward
Avg rating: 3.99/Release: February 19, 2018

I love friends-to-lovers romances and this one sounds just different enough to be intriguing. His best friend dated her, broke her heart, and he's now staying in her spare room. She's looking for no-strings sex online and he's looking to fill her order. Nice!

I haven't tried this author yet, but I've got a couple of her books on my TBR. This one stood out at the time, but it's a BDSM-based story and I'm not really interested in those anymore.

It's Cosway. Nuff said.

One More Time by Laurelin Paige
Avg rating: 3.72/Release: May 2, 2018

I love Hollywood romances and the fact that it's a second chance love story only makes it sweeter. There are a lot of mixed reviews for this one, but I'm still willing to give it a try.

Bad Intentions (Bad Love #2) by Charleigh Rose

I've read two books by this author and they were sexy AF. I mean, really erotic. Explicit. So now that she writes new adult romance, I'm not sure how it translates. I'm curious though. I really enjoyed her writing so I hope I love her new style too. Cute cover ;)

Only You (One and Only #1) by Melanie Harlow

Girl falls for the manwhore. Manwhore is left responsible for a baby. She sees his softer side. Falls deeper. I'm sure they get a HEA. I'm still curious enough to read it.

Pretty Killer (La Asesina Bonita #1) by Michelle Brown

I added this as part of a giveaway and while the blurb does sound right up my alley, it's not pulling me in. It sounds like a badass heroine and a badass hero with a ton of madness, but I'm not feeling it. Maybe one day.

Brooklynaire (Brooklyn #1) by Sarina Bowen
Avg rating: 4.18/Release: February 12, 2018

I don't think I've read anything from this author, but I've seen her work all over my newsfeed for awhile now. I figured what better way to see if I can become a fan than by starting one of her series. *fingers crossed*

The Cruel Prince (The Folk of the Air #1) by Holly Black
Avg rating: 4.17/Release: January 2, 2018

I actually have this, along with The Wicked King, waiting for me to read on my bookshelves. When will I get to them? When will I join the masses as a fangirl? Hopefully soon because I've been DYING to dive in.

I've read two books by this author. One I really enjoyed. One I hated. I'm really hoping this one is one I'll love. It sounds so interesting. I wanted to read it during its release week, but forgot. Ah well, it will sit here on my tbr as a reminder.
