The Wedding Planner's BabyThe Wedding Planner's Baby by Amanda Ashby
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This was a fun and flirty read and I really enjoyed it. As the youngest Watson sister, Bec was rebellious, stubborn, quirky, flighty and free-spirited. Never feeling like she quite fit in, she traveled in order to find her place in the world. Now she's back at the family farm because it's time for her to settle down. Why you ask? Oh that's because she's pregnant and alone. Hurt and humiliated, she fled from England and the father of her child because he forgot to mention that he was a Lord!! Then the father, Lord Lincoln Matthews, shows up to beg her forgiveness, among other things. Little did he know the surprise that was in store for him.

The plot was sweet and the characters were a delight. Bec was a bit lost and Lincoln was burdened by too much responsibility. In the interest of full disclosure, Bec frustrated me. I didn't like her methods and I didn't like how hard she tried to keep Lincoln out. He had rights and part of me wanted him to push for them. That may just be me though. Regardless, they had virtually nothing in common, however, when it comes to love, none of that matters.
