My neighbor is an arrogant prick.
I’ve lived across the street from him for six years and I’m fed up with him and his constant partying.
He’s the neighborhood bad boy and everyone is afraid to confront him.
Everyone but me.
When I go to put my foot down one night, I’m in for much more than I thought.
He’s going to show me who the boss of the neighborhood is and he doesn’t care if I like it or not.

MY REVIEW

3.5 "Enemies to lovers" stars!!

I got just what I expected, which was a story that was low on plot and character development, but HOLY BALL SACKS was it full of smut. Good ol' fashioned S-M-U-T and my oh my did it hit the spot. This author can really turn up the heat!

Brooke was fed up with her jerk of a neighbor, Xander, and his constant partying. And his panty-melting good looks. And his tongue and fingers that worked magic on her body. So when Xander proposes a sexual arrangement in exchange for no more partying, she agrees. They both go into it expecting to screw the other out of their systems. They didn't count on it being "more".
